School Student Missing After Being Carried Away by Current in Nalchity’s Sugandha River

Aditya Chakravarty, the only son of Shimul Chakravarty, owner of Ador Studio on Badurtala Road in Nalchity, went missing today at 10:00 AM after being swept away by the current in the Sugandha River near the Kalbari area of Nalchity. Reports indicate Aditya was with his mother and grandmother at the time of the incident. He is a second-grade student at the Nalchity Bandar Government Primary School.

Fire Service divers and local residents have begun a search and rescue operation. As of 12:30 PM, Aditya has not been found. The diving team has informed that they will continue their search efforts throughout the afternoon.

It is hoped that Aditya will be rescued soon.
