**Guidelines for Journalists in Elections**

Journalists in the 12th National Parliament elections must adhere to the following guidelines:

1. **Entry into Polling Centers:** Valid card-holding journalists can directly enter polling centers to gather information on the voting process, capture photos, and record videos. They should inform the presiding officer with their permission before proceeding.

2. **Respect Time and Space:** No photos are allowed inside the secret chamber, and more than one journalist from the same media outlet cannot enter the same polling booth.

3. **Broadcasting Distance:** Journalists can broadcast directly from a safe distance outside the polling booth, but they should not obstruct the voting process.

4. **Interviews:** Journalists are not allowed to interview election officials, election agents, or voters inside the polling booth. Direct broadcasting from within the polling booth is prohibited.

5. **Social Media Broadcasting:** Direct broadcasting on social media platforms from within the polling booth, including Facebook, is not permitted.

6. **Political Neutrality:** Journalists should refrain from any form of promotion or broadcasting in favor of or against any political party, maintaining impartiality according to the election laws.

7. **Safety First:** Journalists must prioritize their safety while assisting in the election process. Seeking permission from the presiding officers and reporting any issues to the Election Commission is essential.

By following these guidelines, journalists can contribute to the fair and accurate coverage of the elections.
