LPG Gas: New Prices to be Announced on Sunday
The fluctuation of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) prices for the month of February will be revealed on Sunday (February 4th). On that day, the Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) Secretary Barrister Mr. Khalilur Rahman Khan informed the media that the new prices for LPG would be announced for the upcoming month.

He stated that, according to the Saudi CP (Contract Price) declared by Saudi Aramco for February 2024, the commission has directed to announce the prices for private LPG in Bangladesh in accordance with the consumption pattern for this month. The announcement is scheduled to take place on Sunday at 3 PM.
BERC Secretary Barrister Khalilur Rahman Khan shared this information with the media on Saturday (February 3rd).

He mentioned that a committee, consisting of experts and industry partners, will be formed by BERC during the price coordination of LPG. This committee will facilitate market readiness and arrangements for the upcoming changes in prices.
In Bangladesh, the announcement of LPG prices is a monthly occurrence at the beginning of each month, making it easy for the public to stay informed about the new prices.”
