In Rajshahi, RMPC Commissioner Commemorates Victory Day with Solemn Respect

In Rajshahi, the Commissioner of the Rajshahi Metropolitan Police (RMP), Md. Abu Sufiyan, paid tribute to the martyrs with great respect and honor.
Today, December 16, 2024, marks the celebration of “Victory Day.” On this occasion, at 6:42 AM, the esteemed Commissioner of Rajshahi Metropolitan Police, Mr. Md. Abu Sufiyan, laid a floral wreath at the Shaheed Minar (Martyrs’ Memorial) on the premises of the Rajshahi Court, paying homage to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the Liberation War.
Following this, the Commissioner laid another wreath at the Liberation War Memorial at the Rajshahi Police Lines.
Subsequently, the Commissioner visited the Rajshahi Police Lines Killing Ground to honor the brave police freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives in direct combat against the Pakistani forces during the Liberation War. He placed floral tributes and offered prayers for the departed souls of the martyred police personnel and all others who gave their lives for the country.
The event was attended by the RMP Commissioner along with other police officials.
