Dhaka, February 15, 2024: In the upcoming election of the Bangladesh Film Artist Association scheduled for April 19, actor Misha Sowdagor will compete for the position of president while Dipjol will run for the position of general secretary.
On Thursday (February 15), Misha posted a picture on Facebook announcing this alliance. In the picture, Dipjol and Misha can be seen holding each other’s hands. Regarding this matter, Dipjol stated through the media, “We are discussing among ourselves. Everything is not finalized yet. We will soon organize a press conference with the panel.”
It is noteworthy that in the 2022-24 elections of the Artist Association, Dipjol was elected as co-president from the panel of Misha-Jayed. He is currently serving as the senior co-president of the committee.
On the other hand, current president Elias Kanchon has announced that he will not run for re-election this time.
