9 Arrested in Rajshahi Hotel for Immoral Activities

In Rajshahi city, the Detective Branch (DB) of the police arrested 9 people, including 5 women, for engaging in immoral activities at a residential hotel.

According to the source, on the evening of January 3, 2025, a team from the Rajshahi Metropolitan Detective Police, under the overall supervision of Deputy Police Commissioner Mir Md. Shafin Mahmood, was on duty in the city area. Based on confidential information, the DB police conducted a raid at the Bonalata Residential Hotel in Lakshmipur, Rajpara Police Station area. During the raid, 9 individuals, including 5 women, were arrested on charges of immoral activities. Legal action has been taken against the arrested individuals.

To ensure law and order and social safety in Rajshahi Metropolitan, such operations by the RMP will continue.
